Q: I've lost my game. How do I get it back?

A: Use the contact form and supply your full name, email address used to register the game, and the approximate date you ordered the game. After verifying the registration, we can get you a new copy of the game.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card? Are there any other methods I can use to buy your games?

A: Purchasing from our web site is completely safe because we use Plimus, one of the safest and most used e-commerce providers on the Internet that guarantees absolute security in your transactions.

Q: After installing my game it doesn't work, the game is too slow, or I get an error about OpenGL.

A: OpenGL is a graphics technology used by the Mac and Windows game development community. Many peoples computers don't have the latest versions of the OpenGL drivers on their machine. This causes many of the display and performance problems in games using these technologies. To fix this issue, you will need to go to your video card manufacturer's web site for their latest driver. The biggest manufacturers are listed here.

Q: I get an error that "Setup files are corrupted."?

A: This is usually caused by a hiccup on the web server. If this occurs to you and you are unable to get the setup to run, then go into your web browser and choose to delete cookies, history and old files. This has resolved the issue in the past for other customers.

Q: I start the game and sometimes it crashes!

First of all check if your computer meets the mininum system requirements: if you have little mem, and an old video card with only 8Mb it is possibile that even the OS Windows has some problem!

This is something related with your RAM: with Microsoft Windows XP the OS requires much RAM and so it is possible that sometimes the program crashes. In this case re-start the computer, exit all the program not necessary (even better: disable autorun at the start of the computer) and try to run the program.
One possibile solution is to check the free space avaible on your main drive (usually C:) and the size of page file used by the OS to perform the system operation (please for more information check the Microsoft site): sometimes - on older computer with less memory - it is possible 'speed up' a little the program changing (at your risk) the page file size.
A second solution is to disable temporaly the programs (like messanger, internet connection, antivirus and other utilities) present at the start of the OS: these programs 'grab' memory and resources to the computer - so this is a possible cause.
The only - real - solution is to have more RAM. I'm continuing to improve my programs to arrange better memory management, but this is not easy or possible!

Q: Can I install or run the program by a remote device or USB device?

You should NOT install or run the program in this way. It is possibile losing some data during the process. I consider this NOT SAFE - it is at your risk.

Q: I want to make a back up of my hard disk, I'll lost my progress?

Before making a fresh format or strange operations with your hard disk you can save your progress and the hi-score file simply copying on a safe place (ie: a USB driver) the entire folder USER. After the format/backup just reinstall the game and copy the files above in their original place.

Q: I start the game, but I don't see any levels, or the program crash!

If you dont' see anything or you can't see the levels or the graphics this means that some files are corrupted. Please reinstall the software: don't worry the user data (score, configuration...)- if not deleted - will remain intact.

Q: How can I increase performance?

If the game is not running as smoothly as you would like, try to change the desktop resolution and change the color depth to 16 bit. Sometimes games run well in fullscreen mode - so try to run them enabling fullscreen mode in the options menu.
If the game is still not running smoothly, please consider updating your drivers. If the game is now running smoothly, you may try increasing the resolution or color depth again. Try to only change one setting at a time; If the performance decreases after you change it, you will know what caused it and how to reverse it.

Q: The game doesn't start or crashes shortly afterwards. What can I do?

This is often caused by using outdated device drivers for your videocard or soundcard. We highly recommend updating your device drivers regularly as this can help eliminate problems with a lot of software. Please see : Updating your Video Drivers for more information.

If this does not resolve the issue, please also try Updating your Audio Drivers as this can poor drivers can often stop games initializing correctly.

Another reason you might be unable to run the game is if you have an old version of DirectX Installed. This game requires DirectX7 or higher be installed, and 99% of you will already have that. If you are not sure or if you would like to install the latest version, please see : How to Check and Update DirectX.

Q: The game works, but it is slow and the screen update is jerky. How can I fix this?

Ensure that you are not running other programs at the same time as you play the game. While you may be able to run a software firewall, antivirus software, instant messenger software and other background tasks without complications, we do not support this and recommend that you close all other programs before starting the game. If you are not playing a game against an online opponent over the internet, we recommend that you should not be connected to the internet while playing, as this can also interfere with the proper running of your game.

It is rare, but occasionally, poor audio drivers can cause games to glitch repeatedly. If the above issues have not resolved your problem, please try Updating your Audio Drivers.

Checking and Installing DirectX

As you are using Microsoft Windows XP you should already have installed DirectX 8 or higher. If you have an earlier version of DirectX than 7, you will need to update. The easiest way to do this is to use Windows Update. If you do not have this option or would prefer to download it manually, you may get the latest version of DirectX at this link http://www.microsoft.com/directx/

To find what DirectX version you are running follow these simple instructions:

1. Go to the Windows START Menu, select RUN, type dxdiag and click OK.
2. It should appear a window reporting many information about your computer, your operating system, etc...
3. Read the DirectX version information near the bottom of the window.
